Magical Unicorns and Hearts Entwined ~ MFT

Hi Everyone !!

I am sharing this card with loads of excitement and butterflies in my stomach right now as this is my first time playing along with 2020 Card Design Superstar challenge at My Favorite Things !! I love all their products, I have used Heart Entwined Die and BB Magical Unicorns stamp set for my card.

 Here's my card for Clean Simple Genius challenge

To make my card,I have taken a cardbase of size 5*5 inches. Next I die cut the hearts on a separate sheet twice and adhered using clear glue.

I used various shades of mini distress inks to get rainbow colors.I put all these colors randomly on an acrylic block and sprayed with water. Then i took my die cut over it and just pressed lightly to pick the colors on the die.

I adhered it then to my main cardbase with clear glue.I didn't want to use full die that's why cut a little portion from the side after adhering desired space.

I inked the sentiment directly on my card base and unicorn on a separate card base using black archival ink .The unicorn is water colored and adhered as shown.

Meowy Christmas card with NND

Hi Everyone,

I have a Christmas card for today,I have just started making Christmas cards and loving this cute stamp set from Newton Nook Designs.

I have used Christmas Cuddles stamp set from NND. I have clubbed the card with Tubby Craft cloud stencil and heat embossing with Wow white embossing powder.

Just Because "Its Christmas""...need no more reasons to send a card😀

Inky Techniques , Tubby Craft DT Post

Hi Everyone!!

Anushree here, I have two cards with some new tips and tricks along with Tubby Craft stamps and inks.

so on to my First card,

I have used Plumeria Florals stamp set for my card.

How I made it:

I took a white cardstock and adhered pattern paper at the bottom cut a little diagonally.

Then I stamped the floral image in a water coloring cardstock and colored using Aqua Blue, Sapphire Blue and Lawn green inks.

For sentiment I used a diecut in Kraft Cardstock.

Once all is ready,I splattered my background with Black paint and adhered all as shown.

For second layer of the card,I ink blended Aqua Blue and Lawn Green inks.

Lastly I attached all to my white base cardstock.

Now onto my Second card,

I have used Boy and Girl stamp set for this card.

How I made it:

I have done lot of ink blending and water coloring for the base of this card giving it a galaxy look.I used Sapphire Blue,Lilac Purple and Hot pink inks for that.

Next I stamped girl image on separate card stock and water colored it.After that I adhered on the galaxy background using double sided tape.

 I tried something new this time with Tubby Craft inks and wish to share.I made a coordinating envelope for this card using same inks in Tye and dye style.

This was pretty easy and fun to do,I simply created folding to the paper and rubbed the ink pads on the folded lines.I made the paper dip in water slightly and took it out quickly. Then I left it to dry on a towel.Colors came out nicely and then I converted it to an envelope.

Spring Season with my floral card

We Got Chemistry !! Magengo DT card

Hi Everyone,

Anushree here,I am super excited to join Magengo Design Team and glad to share my first card using September 2020 release "Back To School"

Here's my card

I have used " We Got Chemistry  "Digi stamp set from this new release.Its such an adorable stamp set.

Here's how I made it

I took a white card stock and die cut with a background scalloped die. Then I heat embossed hearts in white powder.After that I ink blended the sheet using dried marigold and worn lipstick distress inks.

I adhered this sheet on a white base card.Next I printed my SVG file on Neenah cardstock and colored the images using Copic markers.

I fussy cut the images and the sentiment. Then adhered all as shown using double sided tape and clear glue.

I have this new card for today,Spring has started for us and I am so excited.

I have twisted with the optional twist, while I was planning to make a card with the sketch, my younger daughter a BIG fan of Poppy Doll from Movie Trolls asked me if I can make something for her teacher.She was holding her doll in hand and the idea just clicked here...Most fascinating thing I like in Poppy Doll is her PINK hair...so I kept my poppy flowers in pink color only.
