LDRS Coordinating Envelope and card set

Hello Everyone,

Anushree here, LDRS Halloween, Fall and Christmas new collection is already out and everything is so wonderful.

I have made today's card using some new stamp and dies set. I have used Hello Sunshine Stamp and Coordinating Die set along with A2 Envelope Die + A2 Envelope Liner Die set.

Here are some pictures,

 

I started out making the envelope first, it was super easy using the envelope die. This set has 3 Dies, I used Kraft Cardstock for the envelope. I cut out 5 pieces from these 3 Dies as instructed on the back cover of the Die packaging and adhered as guided.

Next I took a white cardstock and cut out the liner using the liner die. I started stamping some small sized florals from Hello Sunshine stamp set, coloured them using alcohol markers and diecut using coordinating dies. I arranged these on the liner as seen in the pictures. Once the liner gets ready, I slipped it inside the ready envelope and adhered it using clear glue.

Now it's time to make the card, I wanted to make a clean and simple card, so stamped one single big floral on bottom left side and coloured it using pencils and alcohol markers. I drew simple lines using pencil colours around the card to add a bit of interest and stamped the sentiment in Black Raven Ink. My card is ready.

Sunshine LDRS

Hi Everyone!!

Here's my card using a beautiful stamp set "Hello Sunshine" from upcoming release of LDRS.

To make my card, I took an A2 size white card base and inked with some Key Lime Pie hybrid ink. Next I splattered some brown and some yellow water colour on top of the inked card base.

I took a small size Kraft Cardstock and cut it to pot design, I also used Natural Granite stamp set to give some texture to my pot and adhered it to card base using foam tape.

Next I stamped the florals on a separate Neenah cardstock and coloured them using alcohol markers. I used coordinating dies to cut these to beautiful shapes and adhered all these gorgeous flowers using clear glue as seen in the picture.

Lastly stamped the sentiment from the same stamp set in Raven Ink. I completed my card adding some white gel pen over the flowers and the pot.

I totally loved making this card, hope you enjoyed it too and waiting eagerly to see the whole release soon.

Cave card with masking technique | LDRS

Hi Everyone!!

It's Anushree here and today I'm sharing a card made using masking techniques. This technique is simple and so much fun.

I have used Cave Dwellings stamp set and Cave Kiddos stamp set with their coordinating dies for this card.

Here's the card

 

To make my card, I took 5*7" Kraft card base. Next I took a half inch smaller (from all sides proportionally) Neenah white cardstock.

First I stamped the cave house and path image from Cave Dwelling stamp set. Next I took the masking paper and stamped the same image, cut it using coordinating dies and pasted on top of my stamped image.

Same as like cave houses, I stamped the cave kiddos as seen and masked them using the masking paper.

Next I did some ink blending for the top half using a mix of blue and grey shades to create the night scene. For the bottom half, I used shades of yellow and browns for ink blending creating a scene around the bonfire.

Remember, all the images are still masked while I'm doing this ink blending.

Next I removed all masking paper from white cardstock, now I have all clean images without getting any colour from ink blending. Time to colour these now, I used alcohol markers to colour all.

Lastly, I stamped the sentiment and two small kids images in Raven Hybrid ink .

To complete my card, I attached this ink blended white cardstock over the Kraft card base and adhered enamel dots.

Shaped Card | LDRS DT POST

Hi Everyone !!

It's Anushree here and I'm so excited sharing this round shape card today. I don't make these cards often but I totally love them. They look so unique.

I have used Hawaiian Vacation stamp and coordinating die set from the Summer 2022 Collection . It's an adorable release, do check it out if you haven't done that yet.

Here' my card

To make my card, I took a Blue card stock as base card and cut that into round shape leaving a bit joined from the top to keep it folded.

Next I cut another circle of white card stock and inked with Little Boy Blue hybrid ink.

I cut out some landscape to create sand pattern and used Iced Tea ink to blend it. I also tried some ink splattering for the background.

All images are stamped on a separate white cardstock and coloured in alcohol markers.

They are attached using clear glue and foam tape.

Lastly I stamped the sentiment in Raven hybrid ink.

Watercolored Orchids

Hello Friends, Anushree here 

I'm back with another fun card. This time I have done water colouring and tried best to keep it Clean and Simple. 

I have used the new Orchid Stamp Set along with some old favourites like Everyday Sayings Stamp set and A2 Diagonal Stitched Layered Card Topper Die set .

To make my card, I took watercolour paper and stamped the image using black archival ink.

Next I coloured it in water colours with shades of pink, red, and blue.

I have highlighted some portions using Pink Tutu and Swimming Hole Hybrid inks.

Sentiment is stamped in Raven Ink.

I diecut the paper using A2 Stitched dies and pasted over a pink card stock using foam tape.

This completes my card. Hope you liked the making.

Gone to Maui BOX Card | LDRS

 HI Friends, 

It's Anushree here on the blog sharing some fun inspiration using the New Exclusive Craft Kit  

"GONE TO MAUI"

 I have made a Box card using the cute stamp set and coordinating dies from the kit.

To make my card, first I started making the box frame. I took a Pale Green Cardstock and cut it to 2" x12" and scored on 2", 4", 8", 10" in order. This makes the front lower portion for my card.

Next I cut 4 strips of  4 1/2" x 1/2". Score each strip on the sides at 1/4" and glue them one after another like stacking them on the sides.

From the top view, these strips will be aligned horizontally leaving a gap of 1/4" between each.

Next I took a same Pale Green cardstock of size 5 1/2" x 4", to attach at the back joining the lower cardstock panel. I die cut a white cardstock using A2 Diagonal Stitched Layered Card Toppers Die Set , ink blended Peachy Keen and Pink Tutu hybrid inks and attached at the back over the pale green one.

I stamped the images on Neenah Cardstock in Memento Black Tuxedo ink and coloured in alcohol markers.

Everything as seen in the pictures is adhered using clear glue and foam tape.

Lastly I stamped the sentiment from upcoming Spring 2022 release Potted Hibiscus stamp set on white cardstock with size 3 1/4" x 1 1/4" and adhered this to the main card base.

My card folds flat and fits well in 5 1/2" x 6 1/2" envelope, making it easy to post.

I have used A2 stitched background die for the background. I have heat embossed the florals and sentiment in gold powder from WOW.

All colouring is done in watercolours.

 I have been away from blogging for last few days since I was visiting my parents in hometown. It was a lovely vacation and I had so much fun.

 Now back to my forever love of cardmaking, I have got this beautiful card to share with you

I have made using Joyful Blooms Stamp and coordinating dies from LDRS. The background is ink splattered using Lindy's sprays.

Images are heat embossed in gold using WOW embossing powders.

Peony Floral 2D Card | LDRS

 Hi Everyone !! Anushree here today!

Did you check the latest release? It's filled with gorgeousness all over. Here's the link February 2022 Collection 

I have used this very pretty Peony Layering Dies for my card clubbing it with Pretty Things Coverplate Die-iii

To make my card, I die cut the cover plate die on white card stock twice and arranged it by placing one a little up than other. I created dimension between these two using foam tape in the middle and adhered this panel onto a white card base of size 4" x 5.25".

Next I cut-out Peony Layering dies on a watercolour cardstock and started inking with

Banana Cream Pie Hybrid Ink
Evergreen Hybrid Ink
Key Lime Pie Hybrid Ink
Plum Crazy Hybrid Ink
Lipstick jungle Hybrid Ink
In Your Face Orange Hybrid Ink

To do the process, I first tapped some ink on my glass mat and then sprayed some water on to it. I used a brush to smear the colour on my die cut. You can even try placing the die cut directly onto water sprayed colours to get a different bubble texture.

Once I finished colouring each die cut, it was time to arrange them. With layering arrangement guide on the back of the die packaging, it was super easy to make these pretty florals.

To give them a more natural look, I adhered some gold pearls in the centre of the flowers.

I adhered the florals onto the white die cut panels as seen.

Lastly I stamped the sentiment from Everyday Sayings Stamp set in Raven Hybrid Ink and die cut using the Coordinating-dies. I adhered it using foam tape again on the white die cut panel.

This completes my card in a bit 2D form and I hope you liked the making of this card.

I have used Woodgrain stamp set for the background. For the floral, I have used Joyful Blooms stamp set. It's heat embossed on vellum in white.

Sentiment is stamped in black ink.
