Coffee cards

Hello Friends,

Thank you for stopping by once again,I am showing more coffee cards made with stamp set "Bookmark Quote".These ones I made for my Design team post for Tubby Craft.

How I made this:

I chose a white cardstock as base for this card.Next I adhered two thin brown strips on the left side of the card.

After that I chose a pattern paper to keep a little masculine theme for the card and die cut it before adhering to the base with clear glue.

I handcut a tag design and stamped the sentiment with chocolate brown ink from Tubby Craft.I attached this to the base with double sided tape.I also distressed the sides of the tag using same ink and daubers.Lastly added some enamel dots to complete the card.

One more card,With rainbows now

How I made it:

This is my rainbow card.I took a white cardstock for base. Then I took a smaller white cardstock and stamped the book stamp to create the background.I used Black ink to do the stamping. I chose to color the books a little in rainbow pattern.I adhered this background to base card.

Next I took vellum sheets and stamped the sentiment by heat embossing with white powders. Then I diecut the piece into tag design and adhered the red eyelet with violet ribbon.I adhered this vellum sheet using double sided tape.

Lastly I added some enamel dots in rainbow colors to add interest to the card.

Happiness and Coffee!!

Hello Friends,

Anushree here today with my very first coffee card, made with Tubby Craft stamp set "Bookmark Quote".A quick introduction before I start showing you all the pictures.

So this is my first stamp set with coffee ,the sentiment is so true...I was a bit nervous while starting with this stamp set,so many ideas running but so confusing...U can understand my first coffee cards๐Ÿ˜…๐Ÿ˜….But honestly once I finished making three cards(rest two I will be posting soon),I was thinking I could definitely make many more...Loved the sentiment, the font and how neatly all has been put together.

Here is my card

How I made this:

Browns can never go wrong when its coffee.I started with a brown cardstock as my base having another white cardstock below and splattered some white color onto it.

I chose a third layer of white cardstock and diecut it into a tag piece. Then I heat embossed the sentiment stamp with white embossing powder. After that I used Chocolate Brown dye ink from Tubby craft to give distress effect as shown.

Lastly I attached a thread to the tag and adhered it to the base using double sided tape.

To BEE or NOT to BEE!!

Hi Friends,

I love how Milka is arranging another Awareness Hop...its about BEES,I loved what she shared and want to support it completely.I am no where associated with this blog hop as a designer or a sponsor but want to support the cause and create more awareness on the matter.

Mixed media Wall clock

Hello Friends,

I have a beautiful Mixed media Wall clock for today. This wall clock is done for a lovely wife who wants to gift handmade to her husband. He will be celebrating his birthday in next few days.I am very happy with how it turned out and quiet sure that the couple will cherish it forever.

Here are the pictures,

For this clock I was inspired by the April Challenge from Papericious,Anything Goes with Flowers and Butterflies.

How I made it:

I took a raw clock base and applied Gesso on the whole base.Next I did some stenciling using various stencils from Tim Holtz and Craftreat.

In the center,I have used Pretty peonies Decoupage paper from Papericious. This paper has both the flowers and butterflies.I have used Mod Podge glue to adhere the decoupage papers. Next I have applied some inks from Tubby Craft and let it dry.

After that,I glued the Mdf cut Roman numerals ring around the center.I have also used some of the couple's pics to personalize the clock.

To complete the clock ,I have adhered some handmade flowers and butterflies.

Enjoy the Ride!!

Welcome Friends,

I have a lovely scrapbook page for today. This one, I have made for my younger daughter Misha and dates back to 2016 when we traveled to Srilanka. It was indeed a memorable trip with combination of beaches, hills and plain areas.Food was also too good and natural beauty is beyond description.

Here is my page

HOW TO:

I have taken a white 12*12 cardstock and started splattering some blue, some red and some yellow water color on upper right half of the page. The bunting on the top is hand cut from Papericious pattern papers "Happy Birthday"and adhered using clear dry glue.

To create this layout,I was inspired by Enza'a layout on Pink Fresh Studio's blog, here is the picture

I also took a cut out of size 2*12 from the same pattern paper and adhered as shown.I also used some colourful strips from cardstocks to create a background along with a paper doily.
Next I used Precious Polaroids die set from My favorite Things in different colors and sizes and adhered as shown along with the picture of my daughter.

I have used Scootin By stamp set from Pink fresh studio to create various colorful elements for the page and water colored them all using my Zig markers. All these are stamped on a separate white paper and then fussy cut later. For color chart I was inspired by May month rainbow color scheme from Pink Fresh studio attached below

I have used some sentiment stickers from my stash.Everything is adhered as shown.I have also stamped some dotted lines on the right bottom of the page using grey ink and adhered a sentiment from same stamp set reading Enjoy the ride.lastly I have embellished my page with some enamel dots from Create a smile. My page looks complete to me.
