Here is my today's card.I have used BEST Mom stamp set from Altenew, also have used kraft card stock and my polychromos for coloring. Here is my card before I extend more talks..

I have used kraft card stock for the first time to color with polychromos...have tried some no line coloring with pencils.Have also tried some black and white splatters in the background and lastly finished it using a sentiment stamp from Penny Black inked with black archival.

For this card,I took my inspiration from Altenew June 2018 Inspiration Challenge, here is the link for the challenge

Masking Technique with beautiful Butterflies

Hello Everyone,

Today I have another technique card on my blog. With this card I just wanted to have lot of colors on my card as the theme.I chose butterfly stamp from Urban stamp and a sentiment from Penny black.Let me show you the card first and then we will proceed with the procedure.

Procedure

I chose to work on white card stock and make it a single layered card.I have used Neon inks from HERO Arts.I stamped my first butterfly on the card stock and simultaneously created a mask on making sheet for the butterfly.

Using the same mask,I went on stamping one butterfly on partially over another without messing the look. That's where you can notice the butterflies are looking one top of another.

The technique is simple and quite old but I still love to use it as the results are beautiful.Lastly I stamped the sentiment with Black Archival Ink and added few cup sequins to the card from my stash.

Hope you enjoyed the card.I am linking the card to following challenges:

Sparkle and Shine

Hello Friends,
Today I am so excited..this is my first post for Craftyscrappers as a design team member.I have a beautiful inspiration project for you all where I have used lot of Craftyscrappers products. Before I talk more on these awesome products, let me give you a glimpse of my work.My inspiration behind this project are my two little princesses,my daughters...Myra and Misha.

To make this piece,I used a canvas board as my base. Then I applied a coat of Gesso all over the board. On one of the corner,I used Rose Bunch stencil from Craftyscrappers with modelling paste and let it dry.I had an old crochet piece done by my mom which was little torn on half of one side...i used the other half to create a beautiful semicircle pattern running on side of the board.I stuck this using multi medium matte glue. After that I applied one coat of Gesso all over on the crochet piece.

I made these flowers separately and colored them using distress inks. Then they are hand molded to turn into blooms. Center of flowers is enamel dots.

Once all the Gesso is dried,i started with my favorite activity with my favorite Craftycrappers release...The Shimmer sprays...I have used a mix of 3 colors in sprays...The effect is awesome..I think my project is already speaking about the goodness of these sprays....definitely a must try for all crafters and non crafters too.

I have used heat tool to dry the sprays .Then I used some quotes from "U SPARKLE" stamp set ..stamping with Craftyscrappers stamps is super cool as they are good with all surfaces.I used black archival ink to do stamping.

Lastly I have stuck some embellishments like beads,Inka gold, printed quotes from Prima marketing, resin frame, mdf ruler embellishment and Stampendous gold luxe mix to enhance the beauty.

Sharing some close ups now

Here is list of craftyscrappers products used for this project

1.Rose bunch stencil
2. U sparkle stamp set
3. Shimmer sprays,Sweet pumpkin,Bitter lemon and mystical sky

I completely enjoyed doing this one...hope u enjoyed it too.

Happy crafting

Beautiful Mornings

Good morning friends,

I am here again with my new post, this time mixed media work on a notebook. I thoroughly enjoyed the making, the out come was beautiful. Have tried working both on front and back. This one will always be very close to my heart as all color selection is done by my daughter myra. Sharing the pictures below followed by supplies and instructions.

Supplies Used:

1) A hardcover notebook
2) Art basics modelling paste
3) Distress inks
4) Heidi swapp honeycomb stencil
5) Butterfly diecut from elizabeth crafts
6) Cycle diecut from dienamics
7) Pollens for flowers
8) Penny black heartfelt sentiment
9) Embellishment pearl stickons

Instructions:

I started with putting a layer of modelling paste on both front and back cover of the notebook.Once that layer dried, gave one more layer with honeycomb stencil on selected areas.
After that dried, started using different shades of distress inks colors being red, yellow, purple, pink, blue and green.Took a diecut of cycle and butterfly on a purple color cardstock. Then i started making flowers, the petals are handcut, distressed and put together with pollens to finish making the flower. also took out a butterfly diecut on vellum sheet for back cover. After all this started arranging them on the front cover first, once finished with cycle, flowers and butterfly sticking,I stamped the sentiment with black archival ink. attached the stick ons my front cover is done.

Then i started with back cover,my honeycomb stencil effect has come out nice on the back as well,Again distressed the portions, stamped the sentiment and stuck the pretty vellum butterfly. The stamped flowers are also from the same stamp set.
