Anushree here, I am back on the blog. Today I have a beautiful card made using new release by Tubby Craft. This one is released in January 2021.

I have prepared my background using script stamp and heat embossed in red powder.

I used Imperial red and Emerald green ink to ink my roses and heat embossed them in gold powder.

Sentiment is also heat embossed in gold powder.

I completed my card with some golden wire.

I have this super cute card for today. I have used "My Type " stamp set from Newton's Nook Designs. This mini stamp is my fav.

I have also used Gingham stencil from NND. I have used die cut vellum as my background. I have stenciled in cracked pistachio distress ink and completed my card with some heart embellishments.

New Beginning Scrapbook page by Myra

 Hi Friends,

I have this lovely scrapbook page today !!My elder one made this and so happy sharing with you all.She is inspired by Northern Lights while making this one.

This is the picture which inspired her, Its from AURORA BOREALIS

She has used Unicorn Dreams stamp set from Pinkfresh Studio.The base is created using Lindy's Shimmer sprays.

She also used a black pen to make ground and fill the unicorn with it.

On top right corner, she used Arctic Shimmer paste from Little Birdie Crafts with Geometric circles stencil from Funk Fossil Designs.

Lastly she adhered stars washi tape from Altenew as seen.

I helped her putting the sentiment and new year numerals in gold pen.

She had good time making it,and I am a proud momma !!

NEW Adventures Tag

 Hi Friends,

I am back on blog with a cute tag. New Year has definitely come with new hopes and sunshine ☀️. I am happy exploring some new mixed media techniques.

Here’s my tag

.

 I have used stamp sets from TubbyCraft and Jane’s Doodles. I have used embossing powder from WOW embossing powders Sparkling  Snow. I have also used a stencil from SUGARPEA DESIGNS Leaf Canopy .

I stamped the images and coloured them in Copic markers. I mix some acrylic paint from Finnabair with embossing powder and then applied on the tag. I completely love the effect created by the embossing powder after getting mixed with acrylic paint.

This tag was completely a new adventure for me where I was trying a different technique. Thankfully I had success and I found a wonderful effect on my tag.

I am playing along with  More than words mini challenge and have use the word NEW in my tag..

MFT BOX Card, My first one

Hi Friends,

This card is just so special for me. I have been loving all the box cards on MFT blog by their designers. And without any doubt was hoping to get one sometime for myself. I celebrated my birthday 10 days back on 7th January and couldn't believe my gift from Hubby.

Yes, You got it right...he bought me these box card dies.He is such a keeper,always knows what I am wishing for. So here's my first BOX card with MFT Magical Unicorns and Outside the Box Die-namics.

I have created a winter birthday card and have used Copics for all coloring. The background is inked in Cracked Pistachio ink and then heat embossed in WOW Clear Sparkle Powder.

Foe inside layering, I cut those waves myself on the Shelf die provided with MFT Box die. Snowflakes are dies from ECHO Park .

My card goes flat in an A2 size envelope.

Love Ballet | Magengo Designs DT Post

                                                                     Hi Everyone !!

Happy New Year, wishing all a crafty year ahead. Have you checked new release by Magengo Designs . It's just so adorable.

I have this lovely card for today using Let-us-dance stamp set

To make my card, I inked my background in distress inks Picked Raspberry and Dried Marigold.

Next I printed my SVG file and colored the images in alcohol markers.

I added a die cut sentiment topped with some glitter on alphabet O.

My ballet dancers are stuck on card using double sided tape.

To add some more love to the card, I added small hearts inked in Picked raspberry again.

Winter wishes with Unicorns and Glitter

Hi Friends,

I am keeping a little busy with 2021. Kids school has reopened after winter break and I have some custom orders to complete. By God's grace,it's going nice till now unlike 2020. Hoping for a beautiful year ahead.

I have this lovely winter birthday card for today. I am playing along MFT sketch Challenge.

I have used MFT Magical Unicorns for my card along with Wow embossing powders. All coloring is done using Copic Markers and background is inked in distress inks.

I loved all the sparkle and glitter added with unicorns on the card.

I have tried heat embossing the borders by directly patting the embossing pad, trying this for the first time and loved the effect.

Winter Birthday!!

Hi Friends,

I have this super sweet card for today. Winter Birthdays are always special. My whole family including me celebrate our birthdays in winters. 

This one is for my younger one's BFF.

I have used MFT stamps Best Adventure Bears and Beary special Birthday stamp set for my card.

All coloring is done using copic markers. Background is splattered with white acrylic color.

Snowflake dies are from Echo Park.

Home Decor KeyHolder

 Hi Friends,

This is my first post for the new year 2021,I am excited to share something so unique for me.

So making something from scratch is always fun, and this time I just had to try this keyholder which I have been wishing to gift my Granny living in a small village of India.

I wanted to give this keyholder a feel of both Indian traditional art forms and western styles of crafting too.

Here are some pics

This is like a perfect Decor piece for hanging keys or something similar with rings attached. I have used Altenew Celebrate Today stamp set for the florals and Bold Caps Alphabet dies for the lettering.

Everything is hand painted using acrylic colors. The borders have traditional Indian folk art pattern combined with leaves from the same stamp set.

Here are some pics how I made it.

I took a wooden piece of half inch thickness and cut it as shown,next I had to fix these hangings to it. I chose to cover it with three hangers.

So when I started painting with hangers,they were restricting my hand movement,so I had to remove them for the time being and started off with painting on the wooden block.

I stamped the florals using Black Archival Ink and masked surrounding areas with washi tape to avoid any pattern flowing to borders.

Then I colored everything on the holder using acrylic colors. And fixed back all the holders.

I also did a coat of varnish after completing my paint work to give it a long and durable life.
