Autumn Season Mixed Media

Hi Friends,

I have done a Mixed media panel today and would love to share here. I recently got  lovely stuff from Fabrika Decoru and couldn't resist trying a Mixed media with these.

Here are the pics

I was inspired by
SEASON and LEAVES
I chose Autumn as my Season and added some clay leaves to my project along with chipboard leaves.

I chose autumn colors like Orange, Pale Green, Purple and added some Gold gilding flakes to my leaves. The base was coated with Black Gesso first and then topped with metallic waxes.

Leaves are made in air dry clay and then painted. All chipboards are from Fabrika Decoru including the sentiment.

Hope you liked my panel.

Christmas Coral Tag- Magengo Designs

 Hi Friends, Anushree here

I am back on the blog with another quick festive tag. Christmas is not so far and I am all geared up making cards and tags. Here's one using Christmas-Coral stamp from Magengo Designs. I completed my tag in less than 15 minutes and so happy with the

Now onto my tag,

To make this tag, I first stenciled these forest trees using Uniko " In the Forest" stencil and Green sculpture paste.I was trying this paste for the first time and it gave pretty good results. The layers are thicker and grainy than usual modelling paste.

Next I colored  all my images using alcohol markers. After fussy cutting them, I adhered them to my tag base using double sided tapes.

Lastly I used some sparkly snow paste to finish my tag and give it more festive feeling.I used Grosgrain ribbon to complete the tag.

Hope you enjoyed this fun tag and inspired to make few yourself.

Thanks for stopping by.

Pencil colored Tulips

 Hi Friends,

I have made a card inspired by Create A Smile November Sketch

Here's my card

I have used Tender Tulips stamp set from Create A Smile.

To make my card, I have used a very grainy light brown paper. I stamped the image in black memento ink and then pencil colored everything.

To the base I stamped the smaller tulip in antique linen distress ink and stamped the sentiment in black Versamark ink. This sentiment is from Superpowers stamp set.

Added few enamel dots and my card is complete.

The card took me pretty long as coloring with pencils that too on grainy surface is not easy, but overall I am very happy with the results.

Hope you liked it.

Cupcake Box - Altenew Creativity Inspired

Hi Friends,

I am super excited to present this work of mine. I have made this for Creativity-inspired-get-wild-with-washi-contest-2020 . I have few Washi tapes from Altenew and I totally love them. They are good thick rolls, sometimes I feel like they are never ending magical rolls 😃😄

I use these Washi tapes very often on many surfaces in my house including one as a top cover for my laptop too. When I heard about the contest, I thought of trying something out of the box with my Washi tapes.

Here's my take with gorgeous washi tapes by ALTENEW

So it's a cupcakes box, covered in several washi tapes from Altenew namely Floral Flurries , Dotted and Stars.

I started out by cutting the base of the box on a plain white thick glossy paper. I made a see through window on one side to cover with acetate.

Next I made this inside lid for the box so that cupcakes stays intact inside the box.I took these templates from internet for my reference.

Next I started covering these portions in above mentioned washi tapes.

I also embellished the box top with my handmade fabric flowers.

My 9 year old daughter Myra is like a Junior Masterchef for me,she bakes lovely cupcakes and helped me by making few for my pictures....She baked yummy chocolate cupcakes for all of us,blessing for my lovely girl !!

Hope you enjoyed this picture loaded project filled with love, creativity and some gorgeous Washi tapes by Altenew.

Thanks for stopping by.Leave love below in comments.

Embossed Floral and Cute Critter - Tubby Craft DT Post

Hi Everyone !! Anushree here,

I am so excited to be back on the blog. I have two lovely cards for today using Tubby Craft products. I have once again tried making some quick cards.

So let's begin, here's my first one

I have used Floral- Peony for this card. I have adhered a broad washi tape on a white card stock and left some space diagonally .

Next I heat embossed the peony flowers using in red powder and sentiment in golden powder from WOW!! Embossing powders.

And my card is ready. I completed this card in 10 minutes and so happy to see the results.

Absolutely worth giving a try.

Now let me share my second card,

To make this card, I took a white card stock and rubbed Tubby Craft Aqua blue ink both in vertical and horizontal strokes, creating a woven pattern.

Next I stamped images from Giraffe Love stamp set and colored using alcohol markers.

I adhered these images using clear glue and double sided tape.

I stamped another sentiment inside as well to complete my card.

Here are the products used in these cards

I enjoyed making both these cards, and hope you are inspired too.
